Camilo is pursuing an MBA from the Yale School of Management and he is interested in infrastructure around clean energy, conservation and water. His most recent work focused on public infrastructure project management in Peru and P3 projects. Camilo has experience in both the public and private sector, having worked in corporate financial planning at a mining company and on evaluating the first P3 projects presented at Peru’s Ministry of Health.

Camilo holds a BS in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP).

Colombia Puts a Tax on Carbon

In Colombia, one of the most biodiverse countries in the world, the government introduced a tax on fossil fuels of $5 USD per ton of carbon dioxide by late 2016. The regulation was set to start working in 2017.
