Nadeem Demian is a joint-degree master's student pursuing degrees in Environmental Management and International & Development Economics. In summer 2021, he interned with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on issues related to nature-related financial disclosures, sustainable blue economy investment strategy, and liberalizing energy markets in Egypt. Born in Amman, Jordan and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Nadeem is a graduate of Princeton University, with a B.A. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. In his spare time, Nadeem enjoys playing disc golf, eating Thai food, and discovering new running trails in New Haven.
